Born in the Philippines and move to Las Vegas in the 1980's as a child. A strong sense of respect for the community and passion about the city of Las Vegas.   Paul has ran for city council, and senate. His talent for photography is essential for Vegas Scene Magazine. He has covered several red carpet events in Las Vegas, and in the L.A area.

His unique and creative instincts have contributed greatly to the location photoshoots for Vegas Scene Magazine. His attention to detail, lighting, and  videography is what he has strived for in the magazine. Some of the many photos he has taken are: Red Carpet events - Music Festivals, Fashion Runway shows, Photo Shoots at large venues such as Paris Hotel and casino, Linq High roller,  RiSE Festival, location shoots in L.A and Miami for our beyond Vegas section and much more.
